Phase 1 Project Report for Accelerating State Sector Strategies Project

The project team and the eleven states who participated in Phase 1 of the project learned a great deal about the policy and practice that help to launch, implement, and sustain effective state sector strategies. While no two state sector strategies are the same, our Monograph explores the traits that are common across states as well as the critical success factors. The material contained in this report can be useful for current state sector leaders, the next generation of state sector leaders, and key policy makers and stakeholders involved directly or indirectly with these innovative and important strategies.
