Abstract:
This issue brief was developed at the beginning of Phase 1 of the Accelerating State Sector Strategies project. Targeted at Governors and state policymakers, it explains sector initiatives and their advantages and offers examples of state initiatives.
The Phase 1 project report follows and builds on the topics identifed in this issue brief.
